Fucitol Necklace, Platinum
Fucitol, pronounced "F*ck-It-All", is a sugar alcohol derived from the fucoidan which is found in the north Atlantic seaweed Fucus Vesiculosus, or the reduction of fucose.
This molecular structure is cast in platinum with the chemical bonds represented by 3mm AA quality birthstones of your choice. The overall length of the piece is approximately 40mm (1.6 inches) and mounted on an 18” platinum chain with a jump ring at 16” for your choice of lengths.
